The maximum annual percentage rate (APR) is 22.6% (this rate includes taxes).Late Fees: After a customers payment is delinquent, a one-time fee of 1% of the total loan amount will be charged.Due interest: After the customers payment is in arrears, 0.05% of the total loan amount will be charged daily.(iii) Calculated on the basis of a loan capital of 10,000 pesos and a loan term of 6 months:The total interest of the product is 1,130 pesosMonthly interest is 188.3 pesosThe total amount of the refund is 11,130 pesosThe amount of the monthly payment is 1,855 pesos(iiii) Calculated on the basis of a loan principal of 10,000 pesos and a loan term of 12 months.The total interest of the product is 2,256 pesosMonthly interest is 188 pesosThe total amount of the refund is 12,256 pesosThe amount of the monthly payment is 1,021.3 pesos(iv) If the customers payment is late by 1 day, the late payment charge and interest due are:The charge for late payment is 10000 * 1%, single charge, that is, 100 pesos.Default interest is 10000 * 0.05% *1, charged according to the number of days in default, that is, 5 pesos.
